Daily Announcements "1st Annual Pulaski Blood Drive"    Our first Pulaski Blood Drive, on May 19, 2009, was a huge success.  NY Blood Center arrived promptly to organize all the stations.  We had a total of 46 people -- teachers/staff, parents, and community members (and even our principal Mr. Murphy) -- who came to donate blood.  Ms. Stavrou, Ms. Liz, PTA members, and 12 students (from the 4th, 7th and 8th grade who dressed up in scrubs) volunteered their time to help out .  Debbie Kleinman from NY Blood Center marveled at how courteous and enthusiastic our student volunteers were.   All in all, NY Blood Center received 31 pints of blood, which will help replenish the blood inventories.  We want to thank everyone for supporting the blood program.    Pictures "Washington DC Pictures" Just Added More 7th Grade Rollercoaster Contest Winners Click for Pictures 1st Place: Ryan Mooney                 Dominic Knecht                Nathan Martinez   2nd Place: Stacy Mendez                 Ylfete Bashaj                 Jasmin harley   3rd Place: Anthony Bordonaro                 Ryan Campbell                 Nick Mancini   4th Place: Stephen Robinson                 Rory Kennon                 Nick Perillo Congratulations to the Winners of the Comic Book Contest "Our City, Our World"   Erica Andujar, Sean Coley and Melanie Diaz were on an ambitious journey to create a story that would challenge their writing and creative skills as well as their friendship.  With perseverance on their side they were able to get the project completed.   If you don't have a username and password for our school website- Click Here and follow the directions to get one. THE CASIMIR PULASKI SCHOOL WAS ON ABC NEWS Art McFarland and his crew visited The Casimir Pulaski School on Wednesday, December 10th.  He was doing a story on how students are being prepared for college after a recent report released by the ACT.
