Attention Casimir Pulaski Community:
Our 8th grade students are looking forward to reading the book called THE WAR HORSE. Mrs. Oliveira posted a project proposal on the website called Donorschoose.org. The title of the project is MAKING HISTORY COME ALIVE: THE WAR HORSE. Anyone interested in making a donation to help our students get copies of this great book is greatly appreciated.
THANK YOU!

The International Baccalaureate Philosophy promotes the education of the whole person, emphasizing intellectual, personal, emotional and social growth through all domains of knowledge. By focusing on the dynamic combination of knowledge, skills, independent critical and creative thought and international-mindedness, the IB espouses the principle of educating the whole person for a life of active, responsible citizenship. For over a period of 4 weeks, the 6th grade Mentors volunteered their time and effort in facilitating the learning about Weather, for their first grade partner. In this process, both grade level students, initiated a process of life-long learning.
